Prairie Gold Publishing seeks true, original, slice-of-life stories by people from all walks of life that honour the Prairies of today and yesterday. Our feature article requirement is 850 - 1100 words. We seek true, uplifting, original, heart-breaking, heart-warming, poignant, and/or humorous, stories, in English. Our focus is Manitoba history; this could be family history, town, industry, or general interest. For secondary articles we seek "how to" articles or seasonal informative articles. Humor is important to our magazine, shorts with prairie content is also welcome as well as good old fashioned Prairie recipes. Please check our submission guidelines carefully.
